TRADUÇÃO DE ALGUNS TRECHOS DO ARTIGO VIA GOOGLE:
Autohemotherapy is not a new type of therapy, and it was first recorded in the ancient book of Chinese medicine Ben Cao Gang Mu (1578 C.E.) “the smell is salty, poisonous, and the patient's skin is dry, the bran rises, and the dog bites, cold and hot”. Yang Xiangui et al. [32] was given autotherapy in the treatment group, and conventional western medicine was used in the control group. After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the total efficacy between the two groups (P 0.05), indicating that the clinical efficacy of hemotherapy is similar to that of western medicine for oral treatment of contact dermatitis, but it has the advantages of fewer side effects and rapid onset of clinical effects, especially it can reduce burning and itching. Contraindications to western medicine (desloratadine) patients can use autohemotherapy instead. At present, there are no literature records that indicate the possibility of infection.
Autohemotherapy is a special and promising treatment, which can replace western medicine. At the same time reduce adverse reactions. In addition, there are currently studies that acupuncture can regulate the human immune system and can treat some allergic reactions well. The role of TCM treatment in the field of dermatology is receiving increasing attention. Side effects make patients feel uncomfortable after taking the medicine. Contraindications limit the medication group and bring great inconvenience. TCM has a unique advantage in this regard, which makes up for the shortcomings of a series of western medicine and provides a better experience for patients with skin diseases more choices.

Contact dermatitis is one of the common diseases in dermatology in clinical practice. In recent years, the incidence of the disease has been increasing year by year. Clinically, antihistamines and hormones are often taken for symptomatic treatment. However, long-term repeated use will cause more serious symptoms, such as redness, swelling, and itching in the affected part of the patient. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treats this disease with Chinese medicine decoction, Chinese patent medicine, hydropathic compress, acupuncture, etc., which have significant curative effect, and not only can relieve the patient's symptoms, but also not easy to relapse. Now, the progress of TCM treatment of this disease is reviewed in detail from two aspects: the internal treatment of TCM and the external treatment of TCM.
