À PERGUNTA DAS TENDÊNCIAS ATUAIS NO TRATAMENTO DA CÂNCER DO COLO DO ÚTERO (REVISÃO DA LITERATURA)

Resumo: com base em experiência de longo prazo e análise de dados da literatura, os autores tentam avaliar as métodos de tratamento do câncer do colo do útero e sob a forma de discussão, eles tentaram expressar sua visão para este questão. Essa visão não infringe a terapia postulada pelos postulados estratégicos do presente problema, que permanece sem solução ainda totalmente. De acordo com a opinião dos pesquisadores, os resultados práticos obtidos após o uso de terapia de radiação combinada do câncer do colo do útero mostram que este método, junto com o combinado, é um dos
métodos de tratamento de tumores malignos do colo do útero. O tratamento de pacientes com estágios iniciais cervicais O câncer cervical deve ser a aplicação de várias combinações de procedimentos cirúrgicos, radioterapia, modos de fracionamento e métodos de radiação no pré e pós-operatório. No caso de câncer cervical pré-invasivo, a histerectomia com apêndices é realizada se o tumor estiver localizado no canal, combinado com salpingite, miomas, tumores ovarianos, tumores pouco diferenciados com invasão profunda do estruturas glandulares.
No caso de câncer do colo do útero nos pacientes em idade fértil com ovários intactos, recomenda-se histerectomia sem apêndices. A estratégia para o tratamento integrado do câncer do colo do útero III - IV método de backup, recomenda-se o uso de auto-hemoterapia para melhorar os resultados imediatos e a longo tratamento de base, para aumentar a eficácia da poliquimioterapia e reduzir a sua toxicidade. Melhora a qualidade de vida e sobrevivência dos pacientes.

TO THE QUESTION OF CURRENT TRENDS IN THE TREATMENT OF CERVICAL CANCER (LITERATURE REVIEW)

Abstract: based on longterm experience and analysis of literature data, the authors attempt to assess the existing methods of treatment of cervical cancer and in the form of discussion, they tried to express their vision for this issue. This vision does not infringe the established strategic postulates therapy of this actual problem, which remains unsolved yet fully. According to the researchers’ opinion, the practical results obtained after the use of combined radiation therapy of cervical cancer show that this method, along with combined, is one of the modern methods of treatment of malignant tumors of the cervix. The treatment of patients with cervical initial stages of cervical cancer should be the application of various combinations of surgical procedures, radiotherapy, fractionation modes and methods of radiation in the preoperative and postoperative period. In the case of preinvasive cervical cancer, hysterectomy with appendages is performed if the tumor is localized in the cervical
canal, combined with salpingitis, fibroid, ovarian tumors, low differentiated tumors with deep invasion of the glandular structures.
In the case of cervical cancer in the patients of childbearing age with intact ovaries, it is recommended a hysterectomy without appendages. The strategy for integrated treatment of cervical cancer III - IV stages as a backup method, it is recommended to use autohemotherapy to improve immediate and longterm results of the base treatment, to increase the effectiveness of polichemotherapy and reduce its toxicity. It improves quality of life and survival of patients.
