Efeito Curativo Observação de Autohemoterapia Combinada com Implantação de Catgut em Acupoint para 90 casos de Psoríase Vulgaris

Objetivo Eficácia clínica e observação de segurança de auto-hemoterapia combinada com implante de catgut em ponto de acupuntura para psoríase vulgar. Métodos: 175 casos de psoríase vulgar foram divididos em grupo terapêutico e grupo controle, 90 casos no grupo de tratamento e 85 casos no grupo controle. Os pacientes nos dois grupos foram todos administrados comprimidos de Glycyr-rizina compostos por via oral e Halometasona para uso externo. 90 casos no grupo terapêutico foram adotados em hospitalização e implantação de catgut em acupoint simultaneamente. Quchi, Xuehai, Taichong, Ganshu, Zusanli foram tomados como alvo e injetaram sangue venoso autolo-gous, cada ponto por 1 ml, duas vezes por semana. Entretanto, a implantação de catgut no ponto de acupuntura foi adotada uma vez a cada 3 semanas, Feishu, Pishu, Danshu, pangguangshu, Fengmen e yinlingquan como pontos de acupuntura alvo. Os Acupoints foram selecionados de acordo com a diferenciação de síndrome, 12 semanas para 1 curso. Resultados A taxa de resposta no grupo terapêutico foi de 80% e a do grupo controle foi de 62. 4%, a diferença estatisticamente significante entre dois grupos (P < 0. 05). Conclusão
Autohemoterapia combinada com implantação de catgut no ponto de acupuntura é eficaz no tratamento da psoríase vulgar, digno de promoção

Abstract
目的 观察自血疗法配合穴位埋线对寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性.方法 把175例寻常型银屑病患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组90例,对照组85例.两组都口服复方甘草酸苷片,外用卤米松乳膏治疗.治疗组90例同时采用自血疗法和穴位埋线,取曲池、血海、太冲、肝俞、足三里,用自体静脉血进行穴位注射,每个穴位1mL,1周2次;同时每3周进行1次穴位埋线,取穴肺俞、脾俞、胆俞、膀胱俞、风门、阴陵泉,辩证取穴进行穴位埋线,12周为1疗程.结果 治疗组有效率80.0%,对照组有效率62.4%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0 .05="" br="">

Objective Clinical efficacy and safety observation of autohemotherapy combined with catgut implantation at acupoint for psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 175 cases of psoriasis vulgaris were divided into therapeutic group and control group,90 cases in the treatment group and 85 cases in the control group. Patients in the two groups were all administrated Compound Glycyr-rhizin tablets taken orally and Halometasone for external use. 90 cases in the therapeutic group were adoptedautohemotherapy and catgut implantation at acupoint simultaneously. Quchi,Xuehai,Taichong,Ganshu,Zusanli were taken as targets and injected autolo-gous venous blood,each point for 1ml,twice a week. In the meantime,catgut implantation at acupoint were adopted once every 3 weeks,Feishu,Pishu,Danshu,pangguangshu,Fengmen and yinlingquan as target acupoints.
