As verrugas são comuns em animais lácteos e são causadas por uma infecção viral, especialmente pelo vírus do papiloma bovino (BPV 1-6). Uma vaca leiteira de cinco anos e meio foi apresentada ao Disciplina Veterinária, Aroodi, distrito de Doddaballapur com a história de crescimento de cordeiro como no lado direito do pescoço. O caso foi diagnosticado como verrugas / papilomatose e o animal foi submetido a auto-hemoterapia, 20 ml de sangue foram coletados por punção da veia jugular, 10 ml foram administrados por via intramuscular e outros 10 ml foram administrados por via subcutânea. O tratamento foi repetido a intervalos semanais e ANIMAL RECUPERADO COMPLETAMENTE APÓS 4 INJEÇÕES.

The warts are common in dairy animals and are caused by a viral infection, specially by Bovine Papilloma Virus (BPV 1-6). A five and half year old dairy cow was presented to Veterinary Dispensary, Aroodi, Doddaballapur district with the history of numerous cauliflower like growth on right side of neck. Case was diagnosed as warts/papillomatosis and the animal was subjected to autohemotherapy, 20 ml of blood was collected by jugular vein puncture, 10 ml was given intramuscular and another 10 ml was given subcutaneously. The treatment was repeated at weekly interval and ANIMAL RECOVERED COMPLETELY AFTER 4 INJECTIONS.
